Ingredients:
- White cake mix...prepared as directed on box
- 3 Cups sour cream
- 1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I like fresh squeezed)
- 1 Can raspberry pie filling
- 1 12-oz bag of frozen raspberries
Directions:
- Bake cake according to directions on box. Let cake cool....and cut into cubes.
- Mix Sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice to make the Russian cream filling.
- Mix Raspberry pie filling with frozen berries to make a Raspberry filling.
- Layer white cake, Russian cream and then Raspberry filling. Then repeat several times.
