Russian Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
  • White cake mix...prepared as directed on box
  • 3 Cups sour cream
  • 1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (I like fresh squeezed)
  • 1 Can raspberry pie filling
  • 1 12-oz bag of frozen raspberries
Directions:
  1. Bake cake according to directions on box. Let cake cool....and cut into cubes.
  2. Mix Sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice to make the Russian cream filling.
  3. Mix Raspberry pie filling with frozen berries to make a Raspberry filling.
  4. Layer white cake, Russian cream and then Raspberry filling. Then repeat several times.
